Activity Overview: Skiing Cross Country › North Folk Tieton River
Five tours start from this small sno-park, presenting skiers with an unusual number of choices when they first arrive. With the exception of the mountaineers’ route to the summit of Round Mountain, these tours are all scenic and non-strenuous, making this an ideal touring area for your entire, extended family. In 2001, the Ski-n-Yurt was built on a spur road off the North Fork Tieton River Road. This is an independent commercial venture, and skiers are welcome to rent the facility for overnight stays.
